You are entitled to get 100% refund of the upfront payment you made (if any) in the event of:
You are not satisfied with initial design mock-up.
We didn’t start your project at all or we’re unable to start soon.
You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.
By Mistake I paid extra amount.
You have already approved the design mock-up. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.

The placing of an order for the insertion of any booking shall amount to the acceptance of the above terms & conditions contained if any continuation sheet attached which shall also form a part of this contract.
No cancellation should be allowed after the expiry of three days from the date of contract.
